Before you ask us.
No — licences are billed by Odoo per user and sit outside our plans. We’ll size them with you and can handle procurement, but we don’t mark them up.
Anyone with login credentials to the system. Portal users and API integrations don’t count against it.
Twelve months on Starter and Business, because migration cost is front-loaded. Enterprise terms are negotiated. Monthly rolling is available at a premium.
You move up and we pro-rate the difference. There’s no penalty for growing — that’s the point.
